Commission will convene on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Wabana Town Hall located at 30980 Clearwater Rd, Grand Rapids to conduct the following public hearing(s):
Requests related to the construction of a detached garage. Approvals required include a Variance to construct an approx. 36’ x 56’ detached garage approx. 45 ft from the centerline of Ladyslipper Lane (min. 68 ft required). A site visit by the members of the Planning Commission related to this item will be held on June 24, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the subject property. Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting which will be for the purpose of gathering information only and no decisions will be made.
